Liberty Head Coin w/ 13 Stars, 10 stars & 1 on back, no date ?

Hi, my grandmother recently passed away and she had a coin that I can’t find on the internet. It’s a very tiny Liberty head coin with 13 stars on the front, and then on the back there are 10 stars, and a number 1 with the wreath around it. It is the color of a penny, and It has a hole punched in the top I assume to wear as a charm. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

It sounds like gold $1 except a U.S. gold dollar has the wreath on the reverse but no stars. It has the 1 and under it is the word dollar then the date. I would say you have a fantasy coin that was made for jewelery. In order to not get into trouble with the Treasury department the reverse of the coin was made different and the stars were added. leaving the date off was also a way of not getting into trouble. A jeweler or coin dealer can determine if it is real gold. Hope this helps.
